I stayed at the Leonardo Royal for a week with my big teens and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We spent time by the pool which was never too busy. We had space to do our on thing. There were decent restaurants close by if we wanted to eat out. We went for all inclusive and found there was a variety of good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner PLUS the pool bar food options too! Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. The beach was super close too with crystal clear sea, good for snorkelling and plenty of water sports on offer. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Big hotel. Rooms very shabby We had a deluxe sea view room x3 and all were very shabby Hotel food was nice. But very canteen feel. Chaos in there. The location was absolutely perfect stunning are. Pool was good but agaij needs renovating

The Hotel and catering staff were good. We did not have any complaints during our stay. The selection of food in the hotel at meal times was very good also. (keep up the good work Santiago along with the rest of the catering team). The star quality must be given to to the entertainers that do there best to keep the entertainment moving throughout the day and some evenings, as well as keeping the children excited. They also provided kids activities each day with set times for each, that was always on time. In the evenings there was entertainment put on for kids and for adults. Different shows by entertainers or singers that are brought into the hotel also. The area is very good, with lots of things to do around. The beaches are extremely clean with clear waters and golden sand. Very popular beaches next to the hotel that are not noisy and only 2-3min walk. If I had to pick some down sides, some areas were lacking four star quality that could be rectified with a refreshment of paint and maintenance. Second there was no system for getting a pool side seat, with people coming at the opening time of 10am and finding that all seats had been taken with peoples towels left of them (same a most hotels). However, the pool location by the sea is fantastic and has the sun all day long with a good view. Thanks Room 106

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful view of the sea and the boats. There is a terrace in the family room with a table and sun beds. Delicious and varied buffet food. Convenient location two minutes from the beach, near various marine activities. One of the few hotels that you want to return to!

Had a lovely stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca. The staff were super helpful and the food was great with lots of variety for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were really spacious and super clean. I also loved how close you were to the beach and lovely bars nearby. My only issue was the other guests reserving sun beds with towels. We ended up going to the beach because we couldn't get a sun lounger by the pool because everyone had reserved them and gone to breakfast or town for the morning. This wasn't policed by the hotel even though it was a policy

The Stay was great, very friendly staff, the best part was the verity of food and the professional and approachable chefs. the only issue was the unavailability of guests parking slots, as the hotel only has 6-8 slots, was a real struggle to find free parking slots. everything else was excellent.

Very nice view overlooking the pool and the sea ... Nice and clean rooms, delisious food with a big variety. Staff is friendly especially Mr. Carlos who works on the front desk as he helped us a lot, he was very kind and always ready to help.

Awful. This hotel is terrible. Tired, dirty and not like the photos at all. We travelled with a 2 year old and the air con in the room didn’t work and the room was 29 degrees at night. Moved rooms and it was the same. Other guests also complaining. Restaurant staff were lovely. Front desk staff weren’t. They were rude and dismissive. We left early and found different accommodation as it was so horrendous. Also got items stolen here. Communication is terrible. Have emailed the hotel 3 times with no response. Hotels.com also emailed with no response Don’t waste your money here-there are lots more options that are better.
