The hotel is at very nice location. The beach and lots of clubs nearby. Food was average, drinks selection was poor. We booked all inclusive din’t feel like it justified. 3 soft drinks can, 2 beer can and a water bottle in room which they refuse to restock after a day. Even asking for water is too difficult. One midnight we reached hotel and asked reception for water and they refused by saying they can’t give it till morning. Limited choice at bar or restaurant though you can have as many beer or wine as you want without any selection. They have some snacks by pool in the evening. The property is also not that new. I have done few al inclusive before and this was my worst.

Nice Break

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it. The food was very good (lots of choice and always hot) and our room was very clean. The pool area is on the small side and there are not enough sunbeds. You do get quite alot of noise from some nightclubs. We went all inclusive but had to pay for the use of a safe and our mini bar was not restocked during our stay.. The beds in the rooms are not particularly comfortable. The view from our room was great and the beach was lovely. Would go back.

Very disappointing

I had the misfortune to stay at this Hotel on the 16th October 2012. I will start with the positives. It is a very clean Hotel, the rooms are normal for spanish hotels with very good views and nice modern bathroom which is cleaned daily. Sadly, the negatives outweight the positives. The hotel mamagement decided to turn off the airconditioning in the whole Hotel,the bedrooms were very hot and we were unable to sleep. The restraunt was also very hot. The food was very poor quality, very limited choice and only just warm. The Hotel staff (apart from in the restraunt) were very miserable. The pool was absoultly freezing as was the baby pool. Do not book this hotel if you have mobility problems as it is at the top of a very steep hill. The lift does not go to the bar or restraunt so you have to walk up about 20 stairs or use a chair lift. We had to carry my Grandson's pushchair up and down every day.
