Rooms in the annex building have no views and ours lacked privacy and soundproofing from the gym and neighbouring rooms. Pool area was nice but couldn't cater for too many people - also to note the policy of 1 pool towel per person per stay. Some of the staff had a bit of a language barrier with English. Overall a great location and generally friendly staff. Hotel restaurant and bar was overpriced and took advantage of the location.

Air conditioning in room ot working - didn't sleep. They did try fix it and gave us a refund for the rest of the stay as we moved hotel. Pictures of hotel look way better than it is - premier inn at best - cheap for the area tho.

I've now stayed at this hotel 4 times. Every time as good as the last. The food is very good, the bar is well stocked and will make any drink you request. The staff are jewel in this hotel crown. They go out of their way to make your stay a happy and comfortable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one staying in Portals. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Nice comfortable hotel, great food and good location to local beaches. Friendly staff, comfortable room with sea facing view. Will be sure to revisit next year.

good breakfast. nice beach area within walking distance a good 10 minute walk to shops bars etc. close to bus stop handy for palma rooms on the small side and lacking in storage space. but cleaning staff in daily and did a good job 2 BBC channels lovely staff made you feel very welcome overall a very pleasant experience

Solid 3 star hotel. Would stay here again. Pool area and location lovely, staff excellent, breakfast fantastic, rooms clean but basic. We upgraded to a deluxe room as standard rooms do not have a fridge and one of our party needed to store medication in a fridge. Bit disappointed that the hotel could not arrange for a small fridge in a standard room but they did offer to store the meds in the fridge at the bar. This was not something we wanted to risk (understandably!) so decided to upgrade. Upgraded room had bigger balcony and sea view which was nice, fridge and kettle. Bizarrely even though a kettle was provided, there was no tea or coffee- even though the hotel could easily provide this as it’s provided at breakfast. For an extra €200 to upgrade I thought this was a bit miserable. Overall a good stay.

Lovely, good value small hotel.
The hotel is fantastic, only small but the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are bright and modern. (Make sure you ask for a room with sea view as the rooms at the back don’t have very good views.) The hotel is really clean, has a lovely pool, a fantastic choice of food at breakfast and is very handy for the beautiful beach and marina with its lovely bars and restauarants. People watch and have a drink at Cappuccinos and definitely give Lila restaurant (above the beach) a try. It’s excellent value and we keep coming back so it must be brilliant.
