The staff were all friendly and willing to help with anything, rooms were basic but clean and useable, they had a pool table and table tennis the staff organised competitions and games for the children. Entertainment was Good for children & Adults, overall, a good place for families.

Early April break

The hotel was obviously recently refurbished as everything was clean and new. The pool was large but cold as I’d expect at this time of year though. We didn’t stay all inclusive but those who did say it was good. We found the kitchen well supplied but the lack of an oven was not good and as you need your room card to keep electricity on you can’t cook stuff if go out. Think it would be really busy in summer though

Average, average, average

Room clean, nice pool, kids club very poor, three nights out of ten no entertainment! I would not return.

Overall disappointing experience

Pros: The kids show.
Cons: Many things. Better entertainment, improvement of the food (better quality and not quantity). Better food option for kids.
Location: Not that many things to do around going with two babies.
Overall, we had a disappointing overall experience. There were not that many activities for kids and even on Saturdays there were not activities. The food was disappointing. Not that many options and choices for kids. It's better quality than quantity.
