House for 6 persons Despite being an old farmhouse recovery, this house is resolutely modern, clean and presents innovative design solutions. The integration of some family pieces, recovered furniture and works of art give it personality and a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. The kitchen, dining room and living room are in open space, with east-west orientation. Sunlight is never lacking in this house, as well as the wonderful view over the Minho River. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and two drawers. They are supported by a full bathroom with shower. The state-of-the-art window frames and the exquisite insulation of ceilings and walls provide all the thermal and acoustic comfort necessary for rest.Around the house there is a small private garden, with its own outdoor furniture, where it is possible to relax, sunbathe or simply enjoy the silence.There is also the pool area, shared with Casa da Helena and the Suite. . Here one has the feeling of being in a luxury resort, whether diving in the blue waters, sunbathing on the lawn or having a meal in the shaded pergola.This house can be rented on its own or together with Casa da Helena.
