This is an easy access ground floor apartment in the historic (and quiet) centre of Campagnano. The flat has a fairly large living/dining room with a small kitchenette (lots of nice bars and restaurants in the village) and the bedrooms (one double, one twin) are both spacious with a wonderful view over the valley crossed by the Via Francigena.
Campagnano di Roma has been for decades at the heart of Roman, Italian and international motorsports with its Vallelunga racetrack (www.vallelunga.it) but it is also in the very fortunate position of being close to Rome (35 km.) and beautiful Lake Bracciano and of having three top golf courses (olgiatagolfclub.com, golfnazionale.it and terredeiconsoligolfclub.it) nearby.
The village is all walkable but you will need a car because public transport in the area is limited. There is free parking near the apartment.
