When I arrived I had to read multiple signs from the front door and front desk as there were no staff and this was late afternoon. I picked up the telephone and dialed 0 and a chinese man with limited english came down the stairs very casually dressed. (I thought he was a guest in sleep wear). He was like I was a bother from the get go even though I had a reservation. The first thing he said was payment not hello or welcome or nothing other than payment. He took my credit card and ran it through I have no idea what he was doing but the card came back as fraud. After several tries, I told him he was doing it wrong and I guided him on how to process the payment, I have never used the system as a merchant before but it worked. I gave me a room card I went to the room and was disappointed as it does not look like the pictures on line. It is very dated which I was expecting from the price but the bedspread was greyish white with noticeable stains all over. I went back to the desk he was still there still asking for my credit card which made me feel uncomfortable. He came to the room and said this is what all the rooms look like. He reassigned me another room which was better but noisey from the upstairs (brought ear plugs) and still not a sense of clean. Maybe update the bedspreads and shower curtains as the torn ripped and stained look does not look appealing. You get what you pay for...

Never had i ever had an over night property person just use there key card and walk in without knocking or asking to enter, let alone it happened at 249 am
Have stayed with rhis hotel in the pass and never had a problem like this before. Yes they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. But they do not have the right just to enter at wee hours of the morning
We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It was great to have so much space, everything was comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.
There is no one available at check in. The common areas were extremely dirty (they clearly don’t vacuum often) The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes upon arrival of the unit rented.
The shower curtain was stained and clearly not clean. The Murphy bed has gross, dirty sheets with hair and stains and used Kleenex on the bed upon folding down and also no extra blankets or pillows for this Murphy bed. The sheets on the other two beds were also stained and used/dirty.
It was so bad we didn’t stay we left/checked out early (only stayed one night and left the next morning) if I could share the photos I would!
No one at the desk to ask for a refund!
It’s unfortunate as the location for a tourist is nice as the hotel is close to the ocean
the receptionist didnt know hotels.com where I booked. not good with communication. No help desk. They did not gave me what I booked at 8pm new years eve.
Total screw up , staff was useless , first room was not correct then next room was not what we booked , nothing else available , went to another hotel.
New management apparently, not impressed at all will not be back, we were frequent visitors from out of town. Their loss too bad because it was a good location
