Horrible customer service. Stole money off me. Had no booking confirmation from them yet they took money from my account for a stay that was never confirmed. Refused a refund even though it was their fault i never got a confirmation msg and it was a fully refundable room.... poor customer service.

Bookin went with no problems. Room was well fitted out and very clean. Toaster, jug, microwave, TV & aircon were all in as-new condition. The bed was comfortable with comfortable pillows (unusual). The meal and service at the BP station next door was better than you would get at most pubs.
