The hotel was great. It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty communicating in English to the staff, but we managed. The parking situation was great. The parking attendants were so helpful and fast.

Located in a quiet, easily accessible (by car) part of the city. Close enough to Campinas and would be a great hotel for business travelers. Great variety in the breakfast menu. Didn't use the restaurant, but room service food was great and delivered in good time. Great value.

Valinhos is a jewel in the forest of Sao Paolo. Very clean city and very modern at the level of Florida !! This hotel reflects the atmosphere and fashion of the town. Safe clean and courteous staff. I wish they would get a lot of guests so that they can grow more.

Great staff and hotel
The hotel is new and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful and excited to assist us with everything from helping translate calls from Uber to and giving directions. It's across the street from the Valinhos Shopping Mall that has restaurants, a grocery store and regular stores.

Hotel excelente, desde o atendimento pela equipe da recepção. Colchões e limpeza impecáveis. Únicos inconvenientes, no quarto 806 o ar condicionado estava muito barulhento e estacionamento (tive que deixar meu carro na rua), a recepcionista anotou as nossas observações e iria encaminhá-las para gerência.

Desconfortável, pois as janelas dos quartos não abrem gerando um odor estranho no ambiente. Some-se a isso um ar condicionado que tem muito ruído. Para finalizar, há uma foto enganosa no perfil do hotel, que leva a crer que o restaurante tem uma vista para o verde mas na verdade é um recinto fechado.
