A começar pela recepção, a cordialidade, educação, simpatia e disponibilidade em atender às dúvidas. O café da manhã é bem servido, com variedades (destaco o bolo de chocolate com cobertura, a torta de chocolate com amêndoas e a quiche). O banheiro é espaçoso, cama confortável; roupas de cama e banho com boas condições de uso.

O restaurante possuí cardápio para que? se não esta em pleno uso? A oferta de apenas um tipo de refeição não atende diversos paladares que um estabelecimento hoteleiro tem por obrigação ofertar!! Apenas o café da manhã salvou porque o jantar estava ruim!!

Costumo a vir sempre em campinas e opto pela estadia na casa do professor visitante justamente pelo diferencial da equipe, instalações e café da manhã. Desta vez ponto positivo sempre para solicitude dos recepcionistas. Limpeza do quarto impecável, cheiro agradável. Chuveiro excelente e cama confortável. O ponto extremamente negativo foi para o café da manhã. Como estou acostumada sei que sempre é farto e de qualidade. Hoje não havia salada de frutas. O café estava com gosto muito amargo mesmo com o leite o sabor não melhorava. Solicitei um expresso pois o café que estava servido não estava bom e ainda por cima frio. Pedi um ovo frito com gema dura, veio inicialmente um com gema mole , delicadamente informei que não foi daquela forma q pedi. Me fizeram um outro ovo queimado e a desculpa foi que o fogão é industrial e por isso é difícil de fazer um ovo de gema dura sem queimar. INADMISSÍVEL. Havia mosquinhas no buffet e o pão com aspecto de muito adormecido. Uma lástima mesmo essa experiência. Perguntei ao Gabriel se a equipe era outra e ele informou que haviam pessoas novas. Acredito que tudo isso é passível de melhoria desde que haja treinamento e alguém supervisionando a qualidade.
