Pontos positivos: perto de SP, alimentação excelente e atendimento bom. Pontos negativos: a piscina é climatizada que na verdade é gelada. Não consegui entrar na piscina. Deveria ter uma piscina em ambiente fechado para poder aproveitar o ano todo. O estacionamento é pago a parte por dia de estadia. Deveria estar incluído na diária. Achei caro para o carro ficar no céu aberto. Ideal para crianças menores.

Boa experiência
Hotel muito gostoso, ideal para família com crianças, tem bastante atividades com recreadores. Também tem atividades para adultos, música ao vivo em alguns horários na piscina, música ou algum tipo de apresentação à noite. Comidas muito bem preparadas, tanto doces quanto salgados excelentes. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Quarto muito funcional e confortável. Só não dou 5 estrelas por dois motivos: (i) levei 50 minutos para conseguir fazer check-in no hotel, isso que estava com criança de 2 meses de idade, fila enorme e processo de check-in extremamente lento. Check-out não foi muito diferente, extremamente lerdo e cansativo, parece que o staff não é bem dimensionado para a quantidade de hospedes que recebem (ii) cobrança do estacionamento sem o menor sentido ainda mais considerando o valor das diárias do hotel. Gostaria de elogiar a Tia Benzinho da recreação, muito educada e articulada, teve uma situação de um pai questionar algumas regras e ela foi super educada, saiu da situação de conflito com muita inteligência emocional, realmente fiquei impressionado com a forma dela de trabalhar, tem vocação para a profissão.

Hospedagem lamentavel
Bom em primero lugar nos colocaram em um quarto que ja tinha uma pessoa no quarto foi um contragimento para nos e para a pessoa que estava no quarto...passou uma falta de seguranca completa visto que estavamos em familia. O Hotel nao deu nenhuma atencao ao caso...acho super normal o ocorrido so se atentaram ao que tinha acontecido depois de ter mais um problema na TV do quarto que nao funcionou e ficou 2 pessoas da manutencao 40 min sem resolver e impedindo de que a gente fizezse oq é o proposito descansar. Um descaso total...eu cinceramente nao tenho a menor vontade de voltar ao um hotel que oferece como servico esse tipo de tratamento.

Excelente opção para a família próximo a São Paulo
A hospedagem como um todo foi muito boa. As equipes de recreação e de eventos eram ótimas. Apesar do incidente com os fogos de artifício, gostamos muito da festa Réveillon, incluindo o jantar e o show na área da piscina. Excelente opção para estadia de famílias com crianças em região próxima a São Paulo. Como sugestão, poderiam incrementar as atividades esportivas com instalação de quadras de tênis. As quadras de beach tênis eram boas, porém sugiro a instalação de grades nas suas laterais e fundos para evitar que as bolinhas sejam perdidas ou tenham que ser recuperadas nos jardins e área da piscina.
