Beautiful and spacious rooms, I’d just say that it’s kinda far for public transportation, but if you are driving you will be fine. There’s a big parking lot. Very friendly staff

Comfortable flexible place to stay in Limeira.
Excellent place to stay in Limeira. Wide comfortable room, good coffee breaks , excellent reception. I had a few interactions with reception they helped me immediately, provided above average service, and were fast. I did not enjoy the way to the hotel. The hotel is by the highway, but the entrance is thru the back in a kind of alley. Despite all that I did not feel unsafe. I would rather enter thru the highway, though.

O Hotel é claramente uma chance desperdiçada. Tinha tudo pra ser impecável, mas não é. - Primeiramente, Check-in traumático. Falhou basicamente em tudo. Imensamente demorado. Fila de espera. Atendente mal preparada, incordial, que não sabe digitar com mais de 2 dedos. Tudo tomou 25min. - Além da imensa demora no check-in, houve uma somatoria de fatores para tornar o processo de entrada no hotel ainda mais problemática. Tentando entrar no hotel, havia uma grande fila de veiculos, causada por manobristas. Aparentemente, havia evento (s) no complexo. Fui abordado 3 vezes, justificando que era hospede do hotel e estava tentando chegar a ele. Essa fila de veículos e paradas me fez tomar quase 20min ate chegar ao lobby. - Fui informado o hotel tem 3 elevadores. 2 estavam quebrados. Havia diferentes eventos e grupos de casamento. Tomamos mais 10 minutos para chegar ao 7o andar. Assim, ao todo, demorei 55min desde o momento que entrei na fila para entrar no estacionamento ate a hora que entrei no quarto. - O quarto, em si, é bom. Havia um copo descartavel no chão, atras de uma das cortinas. Faltou zelo, mas não posso dizer que estava sujo. Foi apenas um detalhe que passou. Fora estes pontos, o hotel é bom, mas reforço que detestei o processo de chegada e não fiquei com uma boa impressão do hotel, infelizmente. 55min para conseguir entrar no quarto é inadmissível e estraga qualquer organização. 2/3 de elevadores quebrados demonstra mal cuidado e desrespeito com os usuarios.
