Great hotel.
Perfect stop on our way to Campos do Jordao. Valdir at the reception received us at 1am and was very nice and professional. Room is clean and confortable. Good breakfast and safe parking.

we had a great stay here, this hotel is very comfortable with a great breakfast, spacious rooms and plenty of hot water in a full stream shower, the staff are very kind and helpful which may our weeks stay very enjoyable, a great place to stay and fully recommended !

Great place to stay.
Stayed for one night while visiting friends in the area. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. My only negative point were the high costs of the “extra” items in the room (mini-bar). Is it really necessary to charge 2-3x’s the actual cost for a bottle of water?

Nice city for a night
We had a one-night stay and it was pleasant. We walked to a restaurant nearby and the next day visited a church located in a park area/square. It was relatively quiet and our room had a view of the Christ statue on a distant hill, similar to Rio, but much smaller. The Wifi was good in the room. They provided a nice breakfast that was kept stocked with the food offered.

Não gostamos. Experiência bem ruim. Chegamos para fazer checkin e tinham dado o nosso quarto para outro hóspede. Tentaram colocar a gente num quarto que ainda não tinha sido feito limpeza pós obra, faltava frigobar, ainda não estava pronto para uso. Depois de falar firme com recepção, aceitaram nos trocar de quarto e colocar na torre “antiga”. Foi uma situação bem desagradável e desconfortável, ter que descer com todas as malas e ir para outro quarto. Não precisava passar por isso.
