Staff makes you feel really welcome (thanks João and Douglas, among others). Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center! Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing. Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often. Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience.

A hospedagem em si foi tranquila, mas no check-out tivemos um problema desagradável. Minha esposa esqueceu um casaco pendurado dentro do armário, e em seguida eu liguei no hotel para avisar e fui informado que não tinha nada. Não tinha como não ter nada, pois o casaco com toda a segurança e certeza foi deixado lá. Agora fica a nossa Palavra contra as dos funcionários do hotel e endossado pelo seu gerente. Uma pena, não pelo casaco e pelo seu valor, mas sim pela postura das pessoas.

Somente um pequeno incidente onde esqueci de pedir a limpeza do quarto e o funcionário, ao invés de buscar a solução, somente procurou me responsabilizar pela falha o que foi suportado pelo gerente. No final fizeram a limpeza do quarto. O resto excelente.

Pousada é muito bem localizada, os quartos são confortáveis, com aquecimento no banheiro. Os funcionários em geral são solícitos, com exceção do pessoal de atendimento do café da manhã. O grande problema é exatamente o café da manhã, que não tem opções saudáveis, com exceção das frutas. Isso não condiz com os cafés dos hotéis da região.

A pousada foi uma agradável surpresa. Está numa localização excelente, a poucos passos do centrinho de Capivari, então é possível fazer várias atrações a pé e existem muitos restaurantes na proximidade. A pousada é linda, com boas instalações, ótima limpeza e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Em Campos do Jordão tudo é muito caro, entao achei um excelente custo benefício esta pousada. Podem escolher ela sem receio. Os únicos pontos que eu apontaria visanso melhorias são: 1) No cafe da manhã, nao há o costume dos funcionários recolherem as louças enquanto ainda estamos na mesa. Isso seria importante para o conforte dos hóspedes, evitando acúmulo de pratos e copos; 2) O escoamento da água na pia e bem ruim. Temos que abrir bem pouco a torneira pra nao haver acúmulo de água.
