Na primeira noite (um sábado) não tinha água quente no chuveiro e não nos deram alternativa. Localização ok! Ao mudar o canal da Tv desligava o aquecedor. O café da manhã foi bom e bem servido

Boa pousada.
Ficamos hospedados na pousada em comemoração do primeiro ano de namoro. Fomos bem recepcionados e fizeram uma decoração especial no quarto para nós, uma delicadeza. Infelizmente a pousada peca na limpeza da suíte, o banheiro estava sujo, o box também. A cama de casal é uma junção de duas camas de solteiro, mas como ficamos apenas uma noite, não foi tão incômodo assim. O chuveiro não esquentou no primeiro dia, e apesar de estarmos no verão, passamos um pouco de frio. Os cobertores estavam com cheirinho de guardado devido a umidade do local. A suite que ficamos (nº 8) possuía uma vista maravilhosa! O café da manhã foi sensacional, muita variedade e tudo muito fresquinho... Uma pena que estava chovendo e não podemos aproveitar a varanda que tinha uma vista linda também. É próxima ao centrinho, mas optamos por realizar os passeios de carro... A pousada fica numa rua um pouco escondidinha, mas nada que atrapalhe também. Nos forneceram um kit viagem super fofo, com água e biscoitinhos.

A pousada possui excelente atendimento, café da manha bem servido, mas não é possivel ir andando ate onde ficam os restaurantes pois fica numa rua pouco iluminada.

Excelente custo benefício e próximo do Capivari. Café da manhã é repetitivo, todo dia oferecem o mesmo. Funcionários são super educados e simpáticos. O colchão da cama é antigo e precisa ser renovado, mas dá para dormir bem.

REALIDADE DE UM ESTÁDIA PERDIDA
Cheguei e o chuveiro não funcionava, o funcionário deu a atenção desejada e depois de mais de uma hora conseguiu resolver. Na segunda o problema se repetiu. Solicitei que o gerente me procurasse, pois, era inaceitável o fato se repetir sem que ninguém responsável pela pousada nos procurasse para se explicar e/ou resolver. Na terça novamente o problema se repetiu no quarto 6 em que fiquei. Minha filha foi obrigada a tomar banho no 10, parte baixa do imóvel. Sai na sexta, com o problema se repetindo e O GERENTE NEM TE LIGO, SEQUER APARECEU. PÉSSIMO. O PAGAMENTO FOI O MESMO, NEM HOTÉIS.COM OU POUSADA FORAM CAPAZES DE ASSUMIR E FAZER ALGO QUE CORRIGISSE TAL ABSURDO. NÃO RECOMENDO NENHUM DOS DOIS A NINGUÉM.
