We got the jacuzzi suite and the tub was horrible. The jets were in a stupid spot and on low or high you couldn't get a therapeutic experience. And when it was on high it was so loud you couldn't hear each other talk. We wheat down to the pool and waterslide are because we were told there was a hot tub and a change room. The change room was a bathroom it had no place to store your stuff. Then after we got changed into are swim suits we went to the hot tub and there was a sign on the start up button that it was out of order. They should have told us that to begin with! There were 2 restaurants and both had really bad food. We had breakfast included (buffet). We went once because there was limited things to choose from and it was stone cold! We went elsewhere for the next two breakfast meals. And when we told the front desk she didn't really care she jus gave us a sarcastic sorry about that. We won't go back!

Clean and nice place but the internet very bad. I was on the main floor and I had no WiFi in the room . I had to work and talk through apps and I couldn't. I had to go out to have better service.
