The location and size of the rental was perfect for our needs. The check-in process was easy and it’s close to town while also having a bit of privacy. Luke was easy to communicate with but the listing and welcome binder mention private lake access and we didn’t find one but it wad fine because the public beach open is perfect. It’s a good flip but some details and pest control are needed. Nowhere to hang wet towels or store clothing (closet/dresser) if you’re staying a few days you’ll be living out of your suitcase. The entry door has a gap at the bottom which I think is allowing for mice to enter the kitchen area. You can hear the mice at night and there were droppings in the morning around the sink and kitchen drawers which grosses me out, I know we’re in the country but this is easily remedied. The shower needs a curtain or a different shower head because water gets everywhere. Otherwise the location was simple for our needs and being close to family for the holiday.

Anniversary getaway
Home was clean and comfy. A few recommendations would include a hand towel in the kitchen and bathroom, a wash cloth along with towel racks in the bathroom. There wasn’t any coffee in the kitchen. Luckily, we brought our own Mr. Coffee maker and coffee. A curtain or blind at both doors are needed for privacy at night.

Cute tiny house, new renovation
We enjoyed our stay overall at this vrbo! The location is excellent, it is a 5 min walk to the lake. The neoghborhhod was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have our own parking spot on the property. The house is newly renovated, and had nice finished and a kitchen that had all the needed tools. There were a few tjings that could still be added as part of the renovation, but ill assume that is ongoing.
