It was opposite restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable. Parking was expensive so we avoided it. I would have liked drawers to put clothes away. Overall a pleasant stay.

Abode have a real problem with the plumbing, the shower does not drain properly and floods over the bathroom , I had to use towels to soak up the water, a real slip hazard. Sink in bathroom also does not drain properly. I was talking to friends who stayed there several years ago and they had the same problem, they were just give a heap of towels like I did.

Staff very helpful and friendly; room is neat and tidy. Kingston Foreshore is only 10 mins away so great location if you want a drink and nice dinner by the water. The only small thing is the bed is two single beds put together so if you're couple that wouldn't be too comfortable.

We recently stayed at abode Kingston as it was conveniently located however the second night we where kept awake with people drinking alcohol in the lobby area and the 3rd night we had guest trying to get into our room at approx 02:50 am in the morning, we called after hours number and security was sent to deal with this matter with little explanation from reception or knowledge of what had happened
