We had a family room accomodating 2 adults and 3 children, disappointing that there was no microwave or toaster available and no cutlery or crockery, whilst a kettle and coffee mugs were available as well as instant coffee and tea bags, there wasn’t any teaspoons or UHT milk to be able to make a simple coffee/tea. We also had a broken bedside lamp, broken hairdryer and very squeaky top bunk bed that woke us all anytime my son moved. We liked the location and would stay again if such items were available in a family room, as it would make the stay more comfortable.

Shower was like an elephant watering on me. Bar Fridge didn’t work at all initially and manager rectified with another fridge. What else can be said cheap accomodation in Canberra. So expectations were already low.

Hi bed was very comfortable. Shower head needed to be fixed as it was throwing water around .cards open all doors as i was in shower and door opened .besides that they were great they let me check in early and late checkout thank s heaps loved the bed thanks again

We stayed there and found the receptionist to be quite rude and the room quite dirty. There was a dirty sock, pen and a takeaway fork in the room, no remote, small light didnt work and bathroom was dirty in shower recess. Quiet though, have to say that.

The staff are amazing. They are friendly always willing to go out of their way to help. I chose to stay here when I am in Canberra as I feel safe and an guaranteed a good nights sleep. Some of the room fittings are aging but that is outweighed by wonderful staff and the convenience of having a resturant and bar.

Nice place, friendly staff. Greatful there was tea coffe facilities but We did expect the room to have a microwave and plates etc.The bathroom was spacious but a bit difficult to use as the glass shower screen was fixed so we couldn't slide it to access the bath taps. We had to stand in the bath to fill it up for our child.

Hi, The reception staff were lovely. Check in was easy and quick. Unfortunately, I wasn't sure if my room had been checked prior to my arrival. *There was no cutlery, I had to use my straw from my drink purchased earlier to stir my coffee. *There was only a few sheets oftoilet paper in the holder, I had to open the box on the shelf above the toilet and keep on the vanity. *the body wash and conditioner were empty. * there were long black hairs on both the glass door of the shower and the floating shelf *the hand soap was empty. *the TV remote batteries were just about to die, I had to turn the TV on via the screen. I felt very uncomfortable.
