Ok generally
Was convenient location. I stayed there as I had to attend to a function which was within 5mins walking distance. Generally was clean and comfortable. The room was on first floor and close to the road intersection. Therefore, if you are someone who sleeps early and light sleeper, there could be some traffic noise until later in night.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. I’m very big on cleanliness and I have to say I was amazed by how clean it was. So cozy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, pleasant and attentive. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Full of mould! So disgusting it’s unbelievable. One staff member onsite was trying her best to help (poor thing) and no manager was there handle my issues, staff told me. Pictures tell the story. Whole place needs a complete renovation. Do not stay there.

Nice location near the local park that has a market on Sunday. Hotel facilities a little dated but clean and functional. Staff were friendly and called ahead of time to check our arrival time.

On the positive side, it is certainly convenient to Civic. On the negative side, the bathroom fan didn't work at all, and the bathroom floor flooded every time the shower was used. The crockery was chipped and hadn't been washed properly.

Property was in a handy location. 5 minute walk to a lot of restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk to the heart of Canberra. Room was nice with a nice little balcony but the TV is the smallest I have seen in a room for years. My main issue was the fact the body wash in the shower was empty so I had to use the hand wash pump bottle for a shower. I arrived around 3pm and managed to get a parking spot but when I went for a walk at 4;30 the car park was full.

Ok stay. Staff were very helpful. Location was close to the main road which was quite noisy at times throughout the evening. Main observation was the lack of physical barrier to prevent water from spreading to the rest of the bathroom floor while showering.
