The desk clerk was not overly friendly utapoeared efficient. The hotel is attached to a club where breakfast is provided for a cost. There is no room service which I had expected. Otherwise hotel was clean and spacious. There was a pillow menu which I welcomed. We only stayed one night as planned. I did not enjoy using technology for the compendium. I wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms were quite new and clean. The hotel was also quiet. The breakfast was sub-standard in terms of choice, quality and service. There was never enough food served as the Bain Marie’s were constantly either empty or only a quarter full. Numerous requests had to be made to staff on consecutive days by various patrons for more food to be served and made available. If customers are paying a premium price for breakfast each day then they shouldn’t have to be asking for adequate amounts of food to be served as it should already be served in the first instance. I would stay in the hotel rooms again but I would never again order the room and breakfast package deal, just accomodation only.

Very comfy.
Had a good stay here, though the heating/cooling fan was a bit noisy. Did like the view over Lake Ginninderra. Being able to join the Canberra Labor Club is also a boon.

Cosy Canberra
Excellent accommodation, nice view and great location in Belconnen close to shops and restaurants. Parking was $12/night and the process was very smooth. Only 15-20 minute drive to major attractions in Canberra. Only slight complaint was the room was a little too warm at times but that’s better than being cold in a Canberra winter.
