Room was large and spacious. Not particularly new/ modern but very comfortable and having a good sized outdoor balcony was perfect. Large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower with good door seals and normal shower head was also very welcome. Comfy king bed Would stay again. There is a block of units going up next to the room we had, but we were out all day and the work stopped in the afternoon,so noise wasn't an issue for us.

I was in a rush to find some accommodation to be close to North Canberra Hospital for my brothers surgery and put the date in for the day before I was looking for accommodation. After seeking cancellation for the booking and money paid through Expedia and trying to contact reception at the accommodation without success it was very disappointing to receive an email saying that the property would not refund the amount paid due to their cancellation policy. Very disappointing and as I have stayed there on several occasions prior to this with no problems, I will not be staying at the property in the future. Thanks
