Positives: handy location, good bed, fairly quiet, good underground carpark fairly priced. Negative: expensive for standard room, was not serviced, 5 calls to reception to try to fix, then coffee and hot chocolate not replaced so second morning we could have hot drink.

We are regulars here and love to stay before early flights. Great room with view of the runways. Restaurant is excellent. Always look forward to that. Only a few gripes: there is nowhere to place our bags except on the floor. Hard for elderly people. Not even a fold out stand. Tea/coffee cups are also miniature!! Shower leaks water all over the floor. Otherwise great!
