Summer Getaway
Spent our last few days here. The studio is very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here a few times previously and will stay again. I rated the check in low due to a mix up with vrbo and the host the day we were to check in. Which made this day stressful.

Great sunny getaway cozy condo
Fabulous little studio condo for visiting the area. The condo was super clean. Kitchen has the equipment for your time there (coffee pot, toaster oven, blender kettle, pots, pans, etc) but you will need to plan groceries asap or go out for an amazing dinner the first evening like we did. Spectacular view of the beach. Super close to many great walkable restaurants, easy Uber/taxi to the supermarket. Will definitely stay again here! Thank you Rox for the great communication💕💕 everything was excellent 👌👌

LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF STAIRS The very unhelpful, uncaring angry management. The lack of courtesy was exceptional. I carried all my luggage from the street because the security wouldn't let us past the gate. Oh, and they really treated my handicapped wife like a second class lowlife.

The SolyMar hotel is gorgeous with very nice helpful staff. We rented a condo and that was an experience. First....no one picked us up at the airport (as she told us there would be someone waiting). We couldn't get in our room for 1 hr. as she didn't give us the code. The safe in the room was broken and never fixed in 2 weeks, even when we let her know. Broken kitchen cupboards. Very poor communication with the host. Excellent sea view & comfy bed and great shower.

This property was the best in Cancun... The Resort permits.use of all their amenities and the beach is picturesque. It's like from a movie. Your balcony overlooks the beach and the pool. This unit comes fully furnished with a kitchen and is an amazing price for the area. We enjoyed our vacation here immensely. We would book again.

Great beachfront and fully equipped condo
Convenient to the airport and public transportation (city buses and taxis), good kitchenette and very comfortable king bed as well as a nice deck overlooking the crystal gulf waters. Easy check in. Owner supplied thick beach towels and beach items, and the resort has shaded areas and lounge chairs as well as awesome pools. We will definitely stay here next time and spend an extra day just relaxing.

Nice views; Owner was very responsive. Based on size of room - for adult only stays, would recommend for 2 ppl only. Do not recommend all inclusive as food variety is very limited.

Bed bugs
Everything above was fine, except at bed time. The walls are thin, you can here everything. Then when we left early in the morning to the airport I went to the rest room to brush my hair and an insect fell of my hair. I took a picture an it was a bed bug. Whe we arrived home I brushed my hair again and another one fell off. That's horrible.

My Condo Stay
My stay was peaceful, relaxing, and calming. Basically, everything I needed was there in the unit. The few things I did need, I picked up at the local supermarket. I did have some minor trouble figuring out how to get english tv shows and movies through the cable service, non the less, I made due. Generally, I had a wonderful stay at the condo.

June Getaway
This is the third time we have stayed here and love it. A clean, safe, comfortable room and area. The shower pressure is awesome!! The pool area will be very nice when completed. We look forward to our next visit.

There were gnats in the kitchen area. The kitchen sink disposal had a strong odor that made being in the kitchen unpleasant. Overall my experience was good and the property mgr was available to communicate and assisted me with coordinating transportation to the condo from the airport.

This is a quaint little setup with everything one needs to cook for themselves. The large bed was very comfortable. The view of the sunrise over the ocean can be seen while lounging in bed. That is a wonderful view. The complex itself is quite dated in age but is kept clean. The beach area is okay with a lifeguard on site and there are Tommy Bahama beach chairs to use in the room which we did use everyday under a palapa on the be. The location is convenient to and from the airport so you’re there in a matter of minutes. Soriana is located just a few miles away for groceries. We did not dine at the venue on the grounds so I can’t give a review of that.

Great place for a budget stay
The rooms were great and very clean. If you are not able to navigate stairs then this would not be a place for you. The beach was nice to walk on. The refreshment area down towards the beach is great to sit at and enjoy the view. Most of the places nearby to eat at were not rated very good. The way to go would get your groceries and cook in the room. If you are wanting to go the route of eating out a bunch then you will be taking a taxi to get so some good restaurants. We would return to this facility.

Perfect stay right at the beach
We really enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. Quick 30 second walk down to the beach and access to the pools at the hotel and for an extra fee, the buffet. Roxanna was lovely to deal with, she arranged transport from the airport through a very affordable shuttle service and was available to answer any questions throughout our entire stay. Would definitely return to this apartment for another stay!!

Beach Studio with Amazing Views
I want to give Roxana (the owner) 10 stars for our 10 night stay in her cute little studio apartment. It is located on the south end of the hotel zone in a more quiet area of Cancun. The balcony provides a table & 4 chairs with an amazing ocean view. It is a short walk downstairs to the beach and beach restaurant & bar. Roxana’s apartment provides 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we only used once. If we got downstairs by 9:30am, we were able to obtain free lounge chairs under a palapa on the beach. Roxana even provided beach towels in her apartment for our use. She included housekeeping service every 3rd day of our stay. Roxana uses WhatsApp to communicate with her guests and helps with every detail. Doris

Short but Sweet Stay
We had a nice stay at this studio apartment. It was great to see and hear the ocean from our balcony and it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. The ocean was beautiful and refreshing. There aren’t any options for dinner except for the on-site restaurant or a taxi into the centro for a restaurant. We’d stay here again en route to the airport for an early morning flight.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Es ist sehr gepflegt Tür der Terrasse lässt sich leider nicht verschließen.
