We enjoyed our stay at Beach Palace very much. The staff was extremely friendly. The pools and beach were great. Gabriela at the omelet station is top notch and was so friendly to our kids. All of the wait staff was attentive and did a great job.

Service was either good or not. Food was great everywhere but the pool and Travola. The Sweet and Coffee bar had the best and kindest servers. The liquor was bottom shelf. If you wanted average liquor or top shelf it cost more. More for average??? The credits were very misleading. Everyone said go to public relations. I did and PR lady was rude and did not want to explain. Therefore we didn't use them.

The photos were not what we got at the resort. VIP credit wasn’t good for anything we wanted to use it for. Had to pay more money to use the credit. Room cleaning never came. Coffee not replaced. Plugs didn’t work. Run down. Beach was very nice.

The pictures are not up to date. The place is run down with an abandoned crumbling resort next door. The beach is great but the rooms and everything else was dated, broken, or not functional. The wood headboard was in a place where you hit your head constantly on it, roaches in the rooms, elevators that you had to manually force closed. The buffet was horrendous but the other restaurants were good. I did end up getting really sick after eating the pork from the smokehouse. I was glad to hear this place is closing becuase it needs a major overhaul and activities. There really isnt any entertainment and they dont offer transportation to other palace resorts. Additionally, we were not able to use the room credits for ANYTHING there.

It really has everything. It was an unforgettable experience. Kids stays for free is a great plus. The kid still talks about this trip years later to anyone who would listen. It blew her mind that she could have three scoops of ice cream plus cake. We definitely hope to come back and let her bring a friend along.

Service was really good. They had activities every day and some shows in the evening. Food was delicious they have a good selection of it and the steakhouse restaurant was my favorite. Their steaks cooked perfect medium rare, salmon was good as well, try their lava cake dessert with ice-cream. I was very pleased with the service and accommodations.
