Our family goes to Cancun almost every winter and we usually stay at a different resort. We switched it up this year and I'm so glad we did! The hotel is centrally located not only ocean front, but also near the peninsula. The room was fantastic, the balcony with the chair bed was great to lounge on after the kids fell asleep, the food was wonderful and there were tons of vegetarian options, which isn't always the case at all inclusives. The staff was kind and very friendly and our family had such a lovely time. Our kiddos are 8 and 10 and they loved the slide! This is definitely a wonderful hotel for a family. Extra shout out to the coffee bar because my husband and I drank our weight in iced coffees and the baristas were wonderful! Our family will definitely be visiting again..

Rooms were great. Beach was AMAZING, spoke to many people and they specifically come for the beach. Many food options, and food was delicious. Pool could be bigger. Would definitely come back.

Pictures on internet don’t match reality. Over packed, ran out of extra pillows, beach lounge chairs crammed together, room next to exit door/stairs-very loud, line for coffee/dessert area long most of time, odor in bathrooms awful to name a few.

The beach was absolutely gorgeous. We spent most of our time there. Get there early the chairs go fast. The main pool area could use a bit of updating. The food was mostly good as the restaurants were all great except for room service, avoid. We tried quite a few room service dishes, and all were not great. The property is very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Palace. We loved the sky bar area and pool as well. It was less crowded and beautiful views. I do wish there were a few more activities for our teenage girls to do, but the beach and swimming in pool was definitely fun. Ps.. Do not do the visit to their sister property, Moon Palace. It sounds like a great deal, free transportation and hotel credit but it’s not. The staff will completely hound you and won’t take no for an answer about purchasing another vacation. It took us over 3 hours to finally get away from the sales team. It was not a good experience.

Staff is very good, shout out to Josian/ and Sam for always taking great care of us at the beach or the sports bar! Beach is absolutely the star here- its clean and perfect!! Very bland beach seating with no real ambience except for chairs all in a row. Room was clean and had a great ocean view. Could not get reservations at any restaurant the whole time which was extremely irritating. The buffet was very limited on options and pretty much the only place we could get into. VERY overbooked, way too many people for such a small resort. Elevators are a nightmare- we ended up taking the stairs multiple times (12 flights) because we had to. All the food was good for what we had. Cant say i would return to this specific resort.. its just extremely tiny and kind of boring.

The service was very nice and all the employees was very nice too. When I call to reception if I need something to my room it takes like 1hrs or more to get what I need , very disappointed. Also , when I see the pictures on the computer was nothing like to see in real , the property needs a lot of maintenance!!!!!

Very close to La Isla Mall. Lagoon view at the front and beach view in the back of the hotel. The lobby was super small. The staff were very nice though. Not many amenities. One not so big swimming pool only in the center. Not many beach chairs around the pool. The beach was nice and clean. The room was clean. The balcony is big enough. 4 elevators in the building, but wait time for the elevator was crazy. The building needed TLC. Several water leaks from the ceiling even the weather was sunny. 4 restaurants were small but acceptable. The coffee shop was very nice. They had variety of snacks and drinks but always a big line up. The staff said the management is going to completely renovate the building soon.

The property had the potential to be a great experience but the staff was unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and often ignored the guests. When we first arrived the front desk let us know our room wasn't ready that we would receive a text or email when the room was ready. After an hour and a half I got in line for another 20 minutes to find out our room was ready. I never received a email or text? The original room i booked was not available, however i was told that we would get a roll away bed...we never got it. The room was not the cleanest. Most notably the shower doors had caked on soap scum. The water in the in room tub was yellow. Our door sensor stopped working on the 3rd day. Initially, we thought our wrist bands weren't working so we went down to the front desk twice before they sent up maintenance. The night prior i called the front desk to inform that the chrome cast wasnt working. They said they would send someone no one ever came. So when maintenance came to change the battery on the door sensor we asked him to look at the chrome cast device, it was not working. He replaced the device. It stormed during our trip so being at the pool or the beach was not an option. As a result there was nothing to do during that time as everything was limited. The mini bar was not restocked daily. We went 2 days without the restock even after 3 requests. Overall there needs to be a focus on ALL customers, improvements need to be made on all cleaning efforts, and offer more act

We were placed in room 1210 initially and our room bathroom had very pleasant smell and we requested service and maintenance team sprayed some chemical to subside the smell. When we woke up in the middle of the night we could even open the bathroom door and we used bathroom from our other family room. We went down and reported the issue around 7:30 am next day morning and we vacated the room around 8:30 am as requested by the front desk. But we did not get any room assigned until 3:30pm and we were hanging out in the lobby and dining area. This was our first day experience and it ruined our experience and left an unpleasant experience for our Cancun visit and palace hotels.

It was fantastic stay at beach palace. Good food at various restaurants. Kids like the pool, snacks provided almost all the day e.g Nutella Creve, ice cream , chicken sandwiches etc.

Pretty and the beach was beautiful. Food was not good. The hostest at the smokehouse very rude. None of the hot tubs worked. All cold some even had no water. Pretty disappointed since it was cold the week we came.
