Food is AWFUL. The property is too far away to walk to food places outside of the resort. Had to take an uber everywhere. Our room was consistently musty and I think there was mold on the drapes and ceiling. Staff was decent but we visited a few other resort restaurants that was a complete opposite experience and made us wish we spent a little more at one of the other resorts up north. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

The worst experience I had so far. I get there and they give me two full size bed when I request a king size bed for my husband and I. Then they told me I can upgrade for a queen size bed for $400 U.S dollars. I thought that was crazy. We were starving because the food was horrible and all we could eat was French fries and cheese. Is was really hard to get a reservation at the restaurants and the buffet food was nasty. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. The staff couldn’t help because they only speak Spanish and no one would help to figure out how to help you with anything. I lost weight when I get back lol. Even the drinks was just watery. The hotel smells like mold and the only elevator was broken. The worst time of my life. I will never go back.

Only a few downsides to the property were food options for kids, and the kids pool area wasn’t how it seemed online. The beach was also pretty hard to use with young kids, the shoreline was quite close to the retaining wall of the resort so the distance between the top of the beach and the water was short making it tough to be on with a toddler.

Primero que todo vomitaron en la piscina y nunca sacaron a las personas para limpiar dejaron que todo mundo nadarán en esa agua. Sengundo la comida pudiera ser más variable y en la mañana fuimos a desayunar al bufet y me salió un pelo en el omelette que asquerosidad y restaurante de steak house nos sirvieron una carne que era más dura que masticábamos más de mil veces súper maluca.
