My room flooded on the 4th floor when the hurricane started I called 10 times no one came the drain on the balcony could’ve been resolved but instead my room flooded the only one that helped was an elderly housekeeper I had to drain towels an sweep up the water with her into a bucket and small garbage can with a dust pan .Then I saw the elevator was leaking water and they shut it down, there were holes in the ceilings everywhere this hotel was not maintained by no means I need some kind of compensation for this horrible situation an vacation I would greatly appreciate a phone call 7085399696 I have all kinds of videos

Over real cool staff was legit. Plenty of food options. In only one good one at the Italian place. It to be fair we stayed at 3 hotels this vacation and all the food was just ok. I’d stay there again tho for sure.

I had high expectations because on paper this looks like a nicer resort than the one we stayed at several years ago but was so much worse. Our first impression was very good too because the gentleman that checked us in was exceptionally friendly and provided the best service of our entire stay. Then it was all downhill from there. Our original room was very dirty. Sheets smelled dirty like dirty hair, there was sand in the sheets, and a half drunken bottle of beer in the fridge. We then we transferred to three other rooms until we found one that was half decent. The staff at the restaurants were mostly rude. Several times we will stand at the check in desk with several staff there just ignoring us. All of the food was subpar at best. It was like high quality airplane food at best. The spa was very nice but a bit pricy. And the preferred lounge is not worth the upgrade. Overall I will not recommend. I’m just glad this resort was in Cancun because anything seems nice when it’s on Cancuns amazing beaches and water.
