Honeymoon!
We had a wonderful time at this resort. Staff was great and accommodated our needs well. We did have an issue with a leak in the ceiling but we were able to move rooms with no problems. They were very nice about the issue we had. My ONLY complaint would be resteraunt wait times were kinda long on days where only a few resteraunts were open. Not a huge deal just have to plan accordingly. All pools were cleaned daily by staff members.

Property was beautiful and staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was easy to plan for if properly disclosed. Tank tops are essentially not permitted in the restaurants. Unfortunately, my husband had brought several. Knowing this, we will simply bring more t-shirts for him next time.

The three of us left the resort today after a five-night stay. We had two neighboring swim-out rooms. This place is amazing! The friendliness of the staff was remarkable. The entertainment staff, including Angelo (the best!) and Eliseo, were outstanding. There are tons of food options and drinks options. The beach is beautiful, the pools are outstanding, and the lazy river was the best! This resort holds a lot of people but never once felt crowded. There is lots of room for everyone. We took a personal taxi to Puerto Morales for $50 roundtrip. We felt completely safe the entire trip, including Puerto Morales. I highly recommend the Excellence Riviera Cancun. I would love to come back here again.

How the property was layed out. Several pools area. Excellent food in the restaurants and coffee was out ofbthis world. Staff alwa6s had a smile and greeted you, were always helpful. What I didn't like was how low the toilet s were, not just in the rooms but everwhere in the resort. Price es in gift shop were way to high.

Had a great time at the Excellence Riviera! The food was great, the staff was great, and rooms and amenities were great! We had to leave a few days early due to an emergency, and the hotel was more than willing to work with us and refunded us the nights we could not use. 5 stars all around!

There was no good ventilation/ Ac in our room. When we arrived the room felt sticky and muggy. We immediately turned the air on, left for few hours to get drinks and came back with no improvement. After further review you could tell the moisture in the room was excessive. From the door hinges to the metal framing in places they were rusting out. The ceiling fan was no longer pointing straight the way it should rather the blades draping downward. Beautiful location, but the climate in the room is not well-controlled at all. We called maintenance because the ac then started making a chirping noise day two. They came and sprayed something on the AC and it stopped the noise, however Our entire visit we put towels by the door frame to help us sleep at night. Trying to combat the mugginess in the room from the outside temperature. Room 6105

This is a nice resort it is not a five star resort. The food is fine there were a few good meals but overall just mediocre. The service and the staff work very hard and do a good job . There is nothing that really stands out
