My room was missing a hairdryer, so I went to the front desk to request one. The front desk staff assured me that housekeeping would send one to my room, but I never received it, even by the time I checked out. Additionally, the service line wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the hotel lobby every time I needed assistance. This was quite inconvenient.

This is my second stay in the same month back to this hotel Basic and clean Staff is helpful Great location Due to the design of the mall, if u have suitcases or Uber - the wait may be long just due to traffic This is the only problem I have with this stay. Love the hotel as the mall has everything and a very affordable supermarket
