Gr Solaris in Cancun has truly become our favorite getaway. The staff are extraordinary, always going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay is perfect. The food is of the highest quality, with every meal being delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully maintained facilities to the seamless service, creates an exceptional experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a luxurious vacation. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait to return!

I have stayed t this resort few times. The biggest complaint is how there is no longer a golf cart to get up the property driveway. They no longer offer this and therefore makes it extremely hard walking up the driveway.

The view of the room was excellent . We had a problem with the AC. Never was fix. Someone came in to fix it but it did not work . The shows need improvement . Bar closed early. All staff and food are excellent

The property is very well kept. Gracie is amazing with entertainment. She is so sweet and a great entertainer. My family and I loved the nightly shows. The pools were great as well. The only thing we would request is more traditional American food. The hotel tries but its not really American food at all. It was eatable for me however my picky kids didn't like. The daily pizza option is what kept them alive. Would definitely visit again. Felt super safe the entire time however it is towards the end of the hotel zone so it stays rather quiet outside unless people are at the pool. There wasn't a very deep beach area but it was enough and it was just our hotel who had access to it so it wasn't over crowded and you could find seating when you visited the beach. No seaweed either!!!

We’ve been coming to GR for many years. It has certainly lost its flare. The food availability is less than acceptable for allergy guests. The services have gone down hill and the restrictions on guests are ridiculous now. This was our last stay there. They can keep catering to the yellow towels.

Had such a horrible experience two out of the seven restaurants were open, which were booked before we even got there. They only had buffet open. Food was horrible not many options barely any entertainment all the bars. Only one was open outside bar had no employee drinks were horrible no hot water Water was lukewarm at best. There was also a lot of construction, so there was banging all day and night. Brought concerns to the manager Jose he did not care did not offer anything did not apologize. Horrible, horrible horrible do not recommend staying here. All inclusive with no options horrible food, horrible drinks, no compensation, no sympathy. Do yourself a favor and save your money! Totally misleading by the way, you can only order drinks from 11 AM to 11:59pm And they charge a fee for room service.
