Buffet food is average and they clean the rooms every two days because of their eco friendly policy I didn’t like that being honest. I loved the restaurants’ food and the staff is amazing.

We had two rooms for one week. It rained for a couple of days and both rooms got flooded. Our clothes, beds, shoes, literally everything was wet for the entire two days. Since the whole building was flooded, the resort couldn’t move us or offer anything to offset. Staff was rude, from the restaurant to the beach towel exchange to the management. They refused to serve my 12 year old son when he wanted to get lunch by himself. Food was below average, virgin cocktails weee not blended and came out of the bottle, terrible service and VERY outdated rooms that flood during the rain. Think walls and you can hear your neighbors talk. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Very big complex which brings the good and the bad that comes with it. The good: an amazing swimming pool and lots of amenities vs a small hotel. The bad, lots of waiting lines for lunch buffet and other snack area

The room was run down and not very clean when we checked in. Staff was rude. Not a all inclusive as stated, many resturants you had to pay for. Limited beach chair access and swimming towels not available for most of our stay. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and do not recommend this one. We had more fun away from the resort rather tham staying there. The food was not great either. All around a horrible time at this resort.

I read a lot of bad reviews on this resort. All of them were overblown. The resort was very nice. Great pools with a nice sloped entry so kids can play in their desired depth. Very nice beach, very wavy while we were there, fun if you like to play in the waves. Pool has two ends. if you want entertainment/party vibe the one side has it, if you want a quieter area, the other end is a little more chill. It rooms are on the older side but in good shape. Beds were decent. Better than our last Mexico hotel. Pillows could be better but we are pretty particular about our pillows. A/C worked great. Just make sure to keep your doors closed or it automactically kicks out of cooling mode. The food was decent. We did not go hungry that is for sure. Options for the nicer restaurants is very limited for people with children. However, ypu van eat at Bahia Steak House, which we did 3 times and loved every meal. Great steak. Book ahead a day or two in advance on the app, makes sure they confirm in the chat. We also did Le Petit Chef. It was a small upcharge that was well worth it. World Class food with a very cool show to go with. The kids really loved that. on Dec. 24 they had a seafood buffet with mountains of seafood. House red was always good. Staff was awesome, always in a good mood, always great service.

Water came into our room through the ceiling due to rain for almost 24 hours before we got transferred to a different room . The second room also had water come in . Property needs to be renovated or built new.

Lobby was leaking … bathroom had mold .. the hotel room smelled.. the toilets kept clogging. There was spots on the walls And the lamp shade.
