Understaffed for the amount of guests at the resort. Room service on average takes 90min at a minimum. Their events schedules aren’t accurate and the pool that just reopened have wet grout that’s leaves black marks over your body if you lay or step on it. The front desk staff always make it seem like a hassle to help guests. Also reservations are difficult to get, but I think that’s do the staff limitations because there are always seats available.

We were assigned a room right above the main lobby with a nice sized balcony and decent view. The first two nights were a little noisy overnight but not unbearable. The third night was terrible. We were awakened at about 1am and the drilling and metal scraping were nonstop. It wasn't just some faint noise. It felt like someone was drilling into our backs. I called the front desk to inquire, and after 20 minutes of 'investigation', they determined that a major construction was taking place in the ceiling of the main lobby right below us. They did switch us to another room on the higher floor. I admire the hard working people doing work in the middle of the night, but I couldn't understand why we were assigned a room right above where the construction was taking place.

The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms were excellent and clean. However, I do think a few more amenities, such as toothpaste, makeup remover wipes, and a steamer, would have been great. I greatly appreciated the convenience of making dinner reservations through the provided link, and ordering room service was seamless. The staff, though, was outstanding. I particularly want to highlight a few exceptional servers. Antonio at the Mezcal restaurant was exceptional, and the service at Auma was remarkable, with Marcos truly going above and beyond. Pedro at the pool was also fantastic, always staying ahead of our drink orders and ensuring we were well taken care of.

Beautiful, clean resort. Very modern rooms. The shower in our room was huge. Food is amazing, all of the restaurants have great food. Friendly staff. Best tacos I have ever had at the taco hut right next to the pool. The beach is clean and has no seaweed. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Hilton Cancun All Inclusive was great. We traveled with our family group ages 2-79 and everyone had a good experience. The rooms were impeccable. The food was delicious, and the service at all the restaurants was great. The most attentive service was at Maxcal restaurant. Alberto was helpful with menu recommendations, attentive with refills and overall pleasant. The manager, Karla, stopped by to check on us. One of the pools was closed for maintenance during our stay, which we were aware of when booking, but this did not affect our experience. The beach was clean and every corner of the property was well cared for. La Churreria was a favorite with every member of our family, and we appreciated getting to hang out with our kids at Kids Club during Family Time. This is our fifth trip to Mexico, but our first time at Hilton Cancun, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything about this place is wonderful, especially the exceptional service and top-notch shows. However, if you’re seeking crystal-clear blue waters, this might not be the ideal destination. That said, the outstanding service and entertainment truly set it apart.

The resort had very good amenities, minus maybe a tennis court. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was fairly new. Lots of good food options...make your reservations as early as possible. Would definitely visit again.

The re sort was ok the hotel was clean service and the workers were very good. The food was good. The only complaint that I have it is that the hotel staff can do better to tell people that the pool was going to be under contraction for the time that we were there we could have choose a different location because the other pool that they had left was very crowded. The check in was very slow.
