The hotel is about a 5 min walk. It was clean, the room was a good side and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had a limited menu.

Great place to stay for an early morning flight out of CUN. Clean, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff. Airport shuttle every 30 min 24/7. You do have to sign up for it at front desk.

Booked due to proximity to CUN airport but will never return to this Hilton. Room wasn't ready to receive two guests. Prepaid snacks were a poor value and non-refundable at the front desk at check-in. Shuttle was on-time, driver was friendly. Staff was apologetic but ineffectual. Bar staff wouldn't change the TV channel for the sports fans who were the only patrons.

Place was clean but stinks of smoke. Staff at front desk were nice service at restaurant and bar was great food was pretty good . Convenient shuttle to airport . Just need to make place smell better and work on ac units they are very noisy.
