A big Thank you to this Resort and its management, me and my family enjoyed and loved every moment of our stay here, the food options are great, pool is fun and clean, bars and their staff are great, loved the coffee shop, beautiful people and great hospitality, a few things to improve, beach is small and rocky and room service: I put the sign for cleaning and left the room, but they only show up when we came back to room for a break, in this case We had to leave the room again or to say We Dont Need Room service today

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I had a great time. Only thing we didn’t really like was the service at the Italian restaurant at breakfast time. It was super busy and waiters took forever to come get our drink. The other thing was this strong foul smell like rotten egg outside the building where our room was which was by the pool and a little lake the resort has. Other than that everything was great!! Loved it!!

This was a great resort well-suited for kids with their waterslide structure. The food was very good with a wide variety of options and the property was well-kept. The restaurants that required reservations were all excellent along with the buffets. There was access to all 3 properties and their amenities which was really nice. Staff was very professional and helpful and there was not a hard push to buy extras. However, I was disappointed in the resort fees we were charged at check in. It did say resort fees but no information about how much they were. We were charged $17USD per day per room which really added up considering we had two rooms. Had we not been charged so much we would have considered spending that budget on activities.

Aroud the resort were dirty water, beach space was small and unclean. They changed my room october 16, 2024 First shift at 2:00 pm, he asked 200$ extra to change the room, and at the end he received 60$ cash between me and you. Front desk guy called Moissis was helpful and kind. Expedita booking package included car, flight and hotel all included in the payment, but the service wasn’t offerd, no car service, We paid full price, and add extra money from pocket to go to hotel 240$ Roberto and all housekeepers were amazing, gratwful for their service! I will never return back there, not worth it.
