The property will be renovating from 1 April 2024 to 30 November 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

Renovation work will only be conducted during working hours. Every effort will be made to minimise noise and disturbance.
Sit back and relax on the beach with cabanas (surcharge), umbrellas, and sunloungers. Cool off in one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools at Hotel NYX Cancun - Near La Isla Shopping Mall, and enjoy amenities such as a hot tub and a fitness centre. Free breakfast is served daily. There are 4 restaurants on site, as well as a nearby snack bar/deli and a nearby corner/local shop. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 2 bars/lounges and a poolside bar. Public spaces have free WiFi. This beach hotel also offers a steam room and a terrace. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3.5-star Cancun hotel.
