I love this resort! The staff are wonderful. The property is clean. Zilara is a great place to come for a relaxing vacation. During the tropical storm, the safety of guests was a priority. The whole team deserves kudos for their work. The team collaboration was impressive. Management. please acknowledge the staff in some way also. I especially want to acknowledge the spa team: Yoel, Miguel, Yadira and Rosy. Sergio the bell-person was very helpful and always greeted with a warm smile. Jose and the other fitness staff were understanding. Dominquez and Manuel provided professional room service. I can’t wait to return to Zilara.

This was a family vacation that we planned over six months ago. Honestly, this resort is excellent with all of the amenities. However, there is a safety concern since I overheard a couple saying that they brought a friend who is not staying at the resort and she was able to eat and drink with them all day. Other resorts usually give you some type of identification via bracelet, and this resort did not. I believe that this is a safety issue and should be highly considered For review. The resort is primarily open so it is quite warm. I did get a Romantic dinner on the beach and afterwards did enjoy the burlesque show. However, I was extremely warm. I would definitely return to this resort, but definitely have my favorites. Lastly, this was supposed to be a VIP resort and I was supposed to receive some type of reward or extra perk since I am a Expedia member – but, did not receive anything.

We were treated overall great, however, we had went parasailing one of our friends ran upstairs to drop off our jewelry in the room, we come back afterwards and the jewelry was gone, I believe cleaning service accidentally threw away our jewelry it was next to a napkin on the counter in the bathroom. The facility tried to say my friend had nothing in her hands walking up to the room based off of the cameras. Secondly, online it shows airport shuttle is included in resort, we had to pay round trip $150, why have it online it’s included and it’s all an extra cost. Disappointing. Will never come back here or recommend it to anyone else.

My mom and I had a great time at Hyatt Zilara Cancun! We will definitely be back, we’re already looking at coming back in March! The staff and everyone were so amazing and attentive. The room was very clean and the room service was stellar. The food and drinks were also amazing! We had a blast.
