The resort arranged our transport from the Airport (Prestige Services) which was professional, safe, and clean. Check in was a breeze, they explained what was offered, included and not included with the stay. Our room faced the pools, bars, and most importantly the beach! The room was clean and fresh. The only thing that could be improved was the phone/handset, audio was terrible. Could not understand what was being said, so often I would tell reception what I need in person whenever I'm headed to my room. Room service was excellent, they are fast and friendly. The restaurant choices in the grounds was amazing, I believe it was low season so I did not have to make reservations. You are sat right away and your drink order is taken soon after. My only complaint is that I saw some of the servers eating leftovers while cleaning up guest tables. Not really a pleasant sight while you're dining. This happened in Casa Madre and Hana during dinner time. Overall, the service was amazing. Amenities is sufficient as we were mostly out of the resort for excursions. The crow is ranging from early 30s-50s and some families with young children. Not really a party resort for 18-25 year olds. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Food is excellent. However, dining options are very limited. There is no all day buffet style restaurant unlike many other all inclusive. Rooms are pretty good though some are moldy. Unfortunately, kids under 2 will not have much to do (they are not allowed in the kids club), with no activity available other than swimming/pool. Overall a good experience but I wouldn’t give it a 10/10.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Marriott Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort recently. The sea view from the resort is great. While the food was decent (ok as a resort), the cocktails were a highlight—absolutely amazing! The resort's cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff made our stay very comfortable. A special shoutout to the best bar located in front of the entrance; bartenders Jasson and Enrique are exceptional. Their mixology skills are top-notch, and I highly recommend trying their special local cocktails. Both of them are not only skilled but also incredibly hospitable. Don't miss out on meeting them! Tell them Tim and his friends from Vancouver said hi.

The resort was one of the best i have stayed my family and i loved it. The food is the best i have had at an all inclusive staff was very helpful and rooms are clean only thing keeping this resort from 5 stars is the lack of entertainment other than that i would recommend this hotel to everyone

We stayed here for one week and we got bored after a two days of staying. Everything closes so early and they don't have any sort of entertainment for guest to do. If it rain you're likely to just stay inside your room.location wise is very far from everything. Food and beverage are ok, nothing special. I would not be returning to this hotel.

Amazing beach is best you can say for this Marriott resort. Breakfast buffet subpar, no buffet at all for lunch. Low evening entertainment. Staff not quick to be helpful, constantly told “sorry not available right now” with booking a spa massage, ice cream, coffee, breakfast options, drinks. Not worth the higher price. Hibachi restaurant was very good and rooms are very new with good housekeeping.

Nice Hotel but nothing crazy to rave about. Location and beach is good, downfall is basic liquor only available unless you pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Only has 1 restaurant with a buffet and only open for breakfast. Poolside service very poor. Almost like they don't even care about tips. Which I tipped very well but service still lacked. Inside bar only opens at 4pm. No welcome drinks beside water. Will stick to the Hyatt Ziva next time much better option for same price.
