This was my first all-inclusive experience and it was fantastic.The staff was awesome especially those at the bars and restaurants..food and snacks was available 24 hrs.My husband and I had to leave to go to the airport early and we were allowed to pack a breakfast bag to go..I would have liked the pools to be heated.The water was too cold for me.The bartenders prepared those drinks with joy .We received a free upgrade nice room with ocean view we just had to wait for half hour during which time we were free to indulge in the buffet style lunch...We did not like the promotions it was too lengthy.But we will definitely go back.Thank you Expedia!

First impression of amazing resort with blue water it’s like paradise, i met an amazing person named Giovanni he was so much generous and helped all the days we stayed at the resort and he even made us play some games in the pool. I would definitely go back to this resort and I recommend to any of y’all thinking to go to cancun stay at this resort.

First time travelling. The staff at the resort were very helpful with all questions I had. Room was regularly cleaned and fridge re-stocked. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the sheets had a musky smell. Bartenders were very prompt and drinks were great. Beach and pool areas were wonderful and very clean. Only issue and it was quite a major one is that the food is very below-par. There is enough selection with the buffets and restaurants but the quality was really rough and made it difficult for the whole trip. I would not return and spend more money on somewhere with higher quality food as it really hampers the overall enjoyment of the trip.

Bathroom cleanness: HORRIBLE! BATHROOM AT THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND DOOR WAS ALL LOOSE. Good A.C. I spent 4 nights. 1st night NO WATER NO ELECTRICITY. Food is bland, boring, same food over and over. Poor choice of deserts, and most look different but taste the same. At the buffet restaurant, same fish EVERY TIME, LUNCH AND DINER. NEVER HAD BEEF AT THE BUFFET. A lot of pasta, rice, poor choice of fruits and cheese. Only fish, chicken and pork. You have to RESERVE VERY EARLY MORNING EVERY DAY for the 3 A LA CARTE restaurants or after 10 NO MORE Reservations. I could only go to one: the seafood one. TASTELESS FOOD. Lobster brisque that DID NOT TASTE LIKE LOBSTER.crab cake DID NOT TASTE LIKE CRAB. NEVER REAL ICE CREAM AT THE BUFFET!!!!

Beautiful beach!! Stayed in one of the villa rooms which had the most amazing views. Staff were great especially the bar tenders. Alcohol only served from 11am-11pm which was a little disappointing. Sales pitches were annoying, don't get caught.

We booked this hotel because of the location and the beach. Location is steller and is minutes from everything Cancun has to offer. The beach and ocean access are great. We spent hours swimming and boogie boarding in the ocean and pools. Another great thing about this hotel was the staff. Friendly, helpful and amazing people. Thats the good....now the bad. If you like good food and nice hotel rooms, find another hotel. The food was terrible and the rooms were dated and falling apart. Sporatic AC, leaking plumbing, cold food, bland food, lack of food variety....we went out to eat 5 nights out of 7 nights.
