The ambience around the resort and landscape was beautiful. I love how the interior design brought in outdoor elements. The water fountains created a tranquil experience and the restaurants aesthetic was also nice.

My only bad review: 9/2024 Paradisus trip 2nd after excellent 2018 stay. I highly recommended our group’s Paradisus stay due to 2018 experience but was very embarrassed with 2024 experience because it suffered greatly by comparison. We stayed in 3rd pyramid. Loud 1st floor bar music nightly until 11 pm entertained less than 20-30 occupants but music permeated through pyramid disturbing all that wanted romantic evening or to get offspring to sleep. VERY BAD Paradisus planning. We told Expedia check in staff we didn’t want to be disturbed by noise everyone complained about in Expedia reviews & were assured that our rooms wouldn’t be impacted which was a complete Expedia check in staff FALSEHOOD & MISREPRESENTATION. We endured EVERY night with great displeasure–it was too inconvenient to pack up & move all parties to different rooms. We were isolated in resort 1 day due to rain & watched it pour from ceilings all day. Unenthusiastic staff squeegeed slowly all water that fell & was sometimes 2” deep onto travertine tile–a hazard to all. Mold comes with water & great health hazard to all. Malva buffet food was cold & often unidentifiable concoctions so we would eat elsewhere. All resort restaurants serve breads & pastries that are delivered & frozen until served only to taste like cardboard. Most food would be uneaten due to lack of quality–horrible waste of resources. Waitstaff accommodating for tips but food, rainwater and noise at Paradisus VERY disappointing. Traveler BEWARE!

Unfortunately we came in during bad weather and wasted one day and a half. I was expecting more indoor activities atleast but there was not much to do. So we were stuck in our room with nothing to do. I understand that there was a hurricane during our stay and weather is out of your reach but I think for the price paid I expected more.

First night, Water all over the room. Very dirty. Mother slept and fell due 3 in water all in room. No one helped for hours. Day 2: room change. Shower flooding due to shower. Maid left room uncleaned for all nights. Did not restock to mini bar. Not all restaurants open on property. Employees very very rude. Over all very very bad service with hardly any amenities.

Adults only all inclusive is the way to go. Very generous with adult beverages. Food on property was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff at The Reserve were so helpful and made all our arrangements for us. Really enjoyed our stay.

I loved staying at the Paradisus Cancún! We are going back for sure! Staff was amazing and always made sure everything was good. concierge was the best, Jose. He was the best. Pool activities everyday, the drinks were amazing, there’s a hotel cat she’s only in the adult side. Food was average, the Buffett is best at 5-6 PM.
