I had a horrible experience. My luggage was broken into by a member of staff and credit card was stolen. I returned to my room to discover that the luggage lock was removed. The culprit tried using the card 3 times - 12,13 August and 3 September. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Some unsafe conditions due water from raining on the floor. Some unsafe conditions due dinning room using chairs with poor design causing people falling almosr one person per day. Great service from Mrs. Rosa at the dinner area so helpful making comforrable staying when using breakfast service. Cleaning service can be better, only towels were replaced but not cleaning activities on the flllr or shower. Nice hotel but needs some maintenance for extend life, love this hotel over the world.
