Great experience at the Riu Cancun hotel! Friendly staff, clean facilities, and pretty good food. The only thing I can mention is that the room was a bit older than I expected but still very clean. Overall, everything else made up for it.

Disappointing Stay – Too Many Issues I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room keys constantly had to be replaced every time we tried to enter the room. We were told this happened because they might have been near a credit card or cell phone, even though we kept them in a separate pocket. This was inconvenient and frustrating. The room itself had several issues. The shower was old, and the shampoo dispenser was broken. Worse, the toilet clogged every time we flushed. Although maintenance eventually fixed it, we had to call multiple times to get any action. Additionally, there was a persistent sewer smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially for an all-inclusive resort. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are resolved.
