Staff was great. Rooms give off a motel 6 vibe, old and outdated. Food and outdoor areas were nice. Only 1 or 2 small working elevators!! One day we took the stairs up 15 flights of stairs. One day we had to use the freight elevator down back hallways. Not a great experience.

The staff were very attentive and courteous. Loved everything. I would definitely visit this hotel again. The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the music around the pool, especially in the pool bar.

The property was nice however the rooms were not as nice as expected. We stayed at the Riu in Cabo and the rooms were much nicer. Elevators were horrible. Had to wait an average of 5-10 min each time. Staff was very friendly. Property was clean. Food was excellent in the buffet and steak house. Italian restaurant not very good.

I left the hotel early. I stayed room number 808. There was leaking from ceiling and huge mold in the bathroom. I asked them to change the room and they ignored me. Never ever again!

The property pictures are a facade!!! The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When they would service the room for the day they would turn the air off leaving the room VERY VERY HOT AND HUMID WHEN WE RETURNED!!! The elevators were EXTREMELY HOT they had no air circulation at all!! The bathrooms in my suit had the roughest towels I’ve ever seen in my life. The bed linen were paper thin and there were NO BLANKETS OR COMFORTERS!!! When I requested a blanket at the front desk what I was offered looked like MOVING UTILITY BLANKETS!!! I asked for them to be brought to the room so they could check the air conditioner and shower when they arrived!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY NEVER ARRIVED!!! The Shower head sprayed out of the shower!!! My floors stayed FLOODED AFTER EVERY SHOWER!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER PATRONIZE ANY RIU BRAND AGAIN!!! Please note that they charge ADDITIONAL FEES per additional guest upon arrival which nearly is the cost of another room!!!

The staff were friendly and supportive, the pool activities were fun and the DJs were great. The bars kept the drinks flowing and the property was just full of good vibes. The restaurants were good the meals were as authentic as they could have been. There was a wide variety of options especially if you don't prefer Mexican food. Overall we had a great experience in Can in and there is nothing of significance to complain about
