The scammed us for money saying i broke my door frame to my room. It was like that when we checked in. They help me hostage for 4000 pesos and wouldnt let me leave. Very sad i have stayed at a bunch of places in cancun this was by far the WORST. Stay far awat

Overall it was an AWESOME experience for my wife and I. Extremely clean, lots of food, drink choices & all delicious. Great location for shopping & night life. Love the option of the four swimming pools. Excellent staff, they were all super friendly. We will be returning soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, thanks to the outstanding staff—Roger, Ilece, Jorge, Julio, Daniel, Rudolpho, Arturo, and Cocom. Jackie’s yoga class was a lovely highlight. While the Elite Club offers nice perks, I found it frustrating that drinks were only served by staff at the elite pool. Pepe’s could use more variety, and allowing buffet food poolside would be great. The silent disco was fun, and the lounge bar upstairs from La Latina has amazing views. The lobby bar's espresso martinis were fantastic, though the pool bar drinks were too sweet. Food was mostly excellent, especially the Asian street food and breakfast tacos. The buffet had a good variety, but the restaurants are small, leading to long waits. This resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway, but not for those seeking a party atmosphere. The oceanfront room was a highlight, and the late 1 PM elite checkout was a bonus. Just be cautious of the slippery buffet floors! Overall, a great choice for a laid-back vacation!

Location, staff, food, view, beach was super clean, everything was exceptionally great. My only complaints are that they shut the pools down at 7pm which seems early to me and the transportation service from and to the airport sucked. I would recommend booking your own transportation or using a taxi/uber service. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful, cleanliness was very good, the reception area floors are very slippery an accident is waiting to happen, I use a cane and many times I was about to fell but my companion was able to hold me . Should have some runners in the middle to prevent accidents.

I really enjoyed The view to the water from my room, so convenient I will just get out of my hotel room and walk four minutes and I was on the beach Playing with the waves. The people do a great job, keeping the hotel very clean. The people that work in the dining area: Saul, Edirson, Viridiana, Ana, Abraham,and Andrea. They do a fantastic job with the guest. I will definitely go back, all of them provide great service!
