Perfect stay with a 2 y/o toddler. Room was clean and spacious. They have parking at no extra cost. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful and the beach was great for swimming and building sand castles. Beds were amazing and we all slept like babies. The only part we didn't like was having to leave :)

Even when I had paid in Expedia for the hotel, I was told at the end that I had just prepaid and was charged twice for the room again. Despite multiple conversations with Expedia and their being told by the hotel that the charge was for a credit card deposit that will be returned, 4 weeks after, I am still calling and getting the same reply. Beware of this situation.

Although it could use a little updating, cosmetically, it was a pleasant stay. I wish they would allow cash paymebtd on the property in the restaurants and bars. It is far from everything walking, but the bus stop is down the hill or you could get a taxi. Gilberth (taxi driver was amazing). Westin guests get a discount at Puerto Madero restaurant. The food was soooo good.
