Staff were great, convenient location and loved the easy online check-in with the door code being sent to me , made for easy access to our room with no waiting in line at the front desk, also felt very secure and safe.

Basecamp Lodge was a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, so you never feel cramped, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. One standout feature was the shower in my room—the water pressure was amazing, making it the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the parking. I was driving a RAM 1500, and the parking layout is quite tight, especially for larger vehicles. The lot wraps around the building, but maneuvering in the narrow spaces was challenging, especially with the snow pushed aside during my November visit. It would be helpful if the lodge reserved the front parking for larger vehicles and had smaller cars park in the back. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay with just a minor inconvenience for big vehicle drivers!

Everything here was amazing! Staff was great, room was clean, loved the soap from Rocky Mountain Soup Company. Only complaint is the parking, it's terrible.

The service is impersonal as everything is handled online (check in and check out). I appreciated the ease of this set up, but non-technical people may find this challenging. Room is basic, clean and had plenty of space along with basic amenities (fridge, coffee maker). Bed was comfy and parking was straightforward. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.
