The Canmore inn and suites was a great getaway for my girlfriend and I. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the amenities are nice, the only issue with our stay was that we didn’t realize that there are railway tracks running right behind the hotel and there is a train almost every hour or two. Other than that it was great.

There wasn’t a luggage rack or room to open suitcases. Not enough shampoo. Hair dryer didn’t work. When I called to get another hair dryer, it was so long in coming we couldn’t wait any longer for it. Furniture dated and in poor condition. Dingy. We liked the city of Canmore.

This was such a lovely stay! It was very close to restaurants and famous attractions. A good place to stay of you would like to go to Banff or Jasper. We highly recommend Canmore Inn and Suites.

Stayed for one night. Close to town for reaching restaurants. Beside railway line but didn’t hear the trains. Had fridge, microwave and coffee maker - perfect for our needs. Pool and hot tub were nice facilities to have. Would definitely stay again.

Timings of the pool is not good. Pool is open at 9 AM in the morning when the checkout time is 11 AM. So we couldn't use. The AC in the room is making lot of noise. Mattress are very hard and frame is moving easily.

24/7 concierge and complimentary tea and coffee at all times. There is a pool, waterslide, jet pool and arcade room at the hotel which is nice for families with children. Only complaint would be noise. Because it's literally next to the rail will hear when the trains passing through the night. There are also a lot of tours that stay here and those guests are in the hallways talking loudly around 6am in the morning and doors are not sound proof. Hotel did give complimentary earplugs but may not recommend if you are light sleeper. The hair dryer was not working but we brought our own.

I really liked they have a small gift for our dogs when checking in! Our room was smaller than I expected, and the bathroom very small. But the property itself was nice! It was within walking distance to many things, so it had a great location.
