I pre-booked the room and paid for it, but when i checked in they said they gave to room to someone else and no other rooms are available so we had to stay in a room that was for accessible people. The room was very small and didnt had a microwave.

Hotel was good and staff was nice. The room wasn’t very comfortable for sitting around as it one chair and an uncomfortable bench around the table. The bed and pillows were comfortable and was able to get a good sleep. The bathroom was quite small and hard to get ready without knocking things down. The whirlpool was in need of a cleaning and defoamimg, which was disappointing.

I really enjoyed the stay at Coast Canmore. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and had a good ambience. I wish the the rooms had had USB ports for charging as I did not bring my outlet charger and they had no spare ones.

We originally booked a room with a king bed, when we got checked in our room had 2 queens instead. When we inquired at the front desk they told us that the wing we originally booked was flooded, which is why we had a room with two queens. They gave us free breakfast for 2 as an apology, which was nice. The only thing I would've preferred is if they had told us when we checked in, just a a courtesy. I think our room was near the laundry room because every so often you could feel the vibrations from the machines. Room was really warm, but other than that the stay was pleasant!

Location was convenient. Next to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately you have to pay for parking when you stay there. Was quite noisy with kids and pets. Didn’t use the restaurant or cafe on site. Overall was ok-but maybe more family oriented.

Nice place to stay at - it is clean and neat. It said breakfast included but had to pay for it. There were also a bunch a kids running up and down screaming in the hallway after 10pm that was very disruptive.
