Hotel is fine, however it is one of the older ones in the area. Some of the older hotels have an "odour" that comes with old carpet and old furniture. This one isn't too bad. Price was right and will probably stay again.

If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep, this will meet your standards. Northing special and pretty small space. Canmore is very nice, so this place kinda sticks out and is visibly not as nice or new compared to other places to stay, but I think the price reflects that. Bathtub drain did not drain water very well, but heat and AC worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was kinda run down, but it was hot and relaxing.

I've stayed here on & off for more than 30 years, so I know what to expect :-) The staff were amazing! The building is showing it's age but who cares so am I. We had the best view ever! The only small issue was the inside windows on the sliding doors for the balcony were visibly dirty. And someone decided to burn rice on the bottom of one of the pans in the kitchen, but with some baking soda, boiling water & elbow grease it'll come right out. I love Canmore and would gladly stay here again! :-)

Beautiful view, excellent staff! Having a kitchen with basic utensils makes it so easy to grab some food at the grocery store and have a breakfast the way you like it.

Check-in is fast and the lady at the front desk is friendly and accommodating. She gave us a nice room with a mountain view. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. The downside is that the room has no microwave. We plan to leave early in the morning to see the sunrise at Lake Louise but we have to stay until 7:00 am to wait for their kitchen to open so that we can warm up our breakfast. The guy in the front desk when we check out is not accommodating and not helpful.

We stayed in a lofted suite. It had some older appliances and decor, but was clean. The kitchenette was handy and well equipped. It was nice having a fireplace and deck. The sauna and hot tub were much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Although the property is dated, the room was very clean with nice amenities. The desk clerk even called about half an hour after my arrival to make sure that the room was acceptable. Checking in and out was extremely easy. Don’t let the dated appearance of the outside fool you, this was a very nice hotel to stay at and next time I am in Canmore, I will definitely stay there again.
