Bright and sunny apartment with terraces, private parking space and beautiful lake view.

The apartment lies above the State road in a sunny position and has a private access to the public beach just opposite the building. All rooms overlook the lake. The two private terraces, equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrella allow to spend relaxing moments with a magnificent lake view.

Rooms: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Two terraces on two different levels.

Sleeping places: two double beds.

Location: the apartment lies on the second floor of a house, just a few steps from the lake and close to the main road. The property lies 4 km from Cannero Riviera and 2 km from Cannobio, where you can find bars, cafes and restaurants on the lakeside promenade and all shopping facilities and weekly market. The bus stop of the line Verbania - Brissago is just in front of the building.

Access/parking: state road 34 of Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) until Cannero Riviera for the key handover. From Cannero take the round back in the direction of Cannobio for about 5 km. At the bus stop on the right is the private parking space (second parking space on the right). Cross the road and climb the stairs until the first gate on the left. Cross the first terrace with the pergola and continue up the steps until you reach the second terrace from which you enter the accommodation.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of San Gottardo Church. A kitchen and a patio are available in the holiday home.
