We stayed 2 nights. Our room was small but had everything we needed. Nice snack basket too!! The staff was super positive and helpful! And the location!! Make sure you have a night time beach bon fire!

Very nice and welcoming staff and we got 2 free gifts. Loved that! They really stand out in the warm and welcoming category! Location is excellent for proximity to Haystack Rock. No on site dining, but there is a good brewery/restaurant across the street. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here.

Can’t beat the view or proximity to Haystack rock. The pool was fun and open to 10 so the teenagers had a good time. The murphy bed in the living room was comfortable! The resort had everything needed to make camp fires on the beach, had beach chairs and blankets available for guests, and the dogs were pampered as well. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing view, great customer service and little touches like cookies everyday, a call after check in to make aure the room was good and free water. Went a long way. Highly recommended.

Newer property rooms were gorgeous, we had a few snafus but the staff came through quickly remedying all of it, both indoor pools were clean, airy and fantastic, loved having the beach at our finger tips.

Very nice location to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. Staff was also great. We’ll return for those two reasons. But Hallmark should never have rented out the room to us because it was an awful experience. It had major plumbing issues that went through the night. Constant knocking sounds inside the walls all day and night. We couldn’t relax in our room or enjoy the views because of the noise. It was also clear that it was a known issue as they said they had fixed it, yet still booked it to us. We were not happy about it, almost ruined our weekend trip. The staff was very attentive though so we were happy with the service. 1 extra star for staff and the location.
