ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa offers 246 air-conditioned accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and free newspapers. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Tempur-Pedic beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. Coffee/tea makers and minibars are provided. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Bathrooms are also outfitted with dressing gowns, slippers and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottles of water and a hairdryer. I have been staying in this property every year for the last 8 years (Park Hyatt days). The hospitality at ITC has been dropping each year from the time they have taken over. Resorts are not business hotel and hospitality should be the prime focus. Emails sent to hotel reservations are unanswered and if you have any special request it will surely not be met.

This ITC grand Goa is a super resort with a serene atmosphere and excellent facilities. The rooms are high quality and sufficiently luxurious. The resort caters to all your needs and has a very good spa and reasonable gym. Surprised to also find a steam room and sauna. The outside pool was large and very well maintained. The beech was pristine and had an annexed restaurant right there. The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained. The main buffet was very good and there were other al la carte options for variety. In all a worthy five star rating and I can’t wait to come back.
